I know StarCraft 1's Psionic Storm doesn't, but I was curious if maybe the new ones do. I know they're weaker now than in StarCraft 1, so maybe that'd be an excuse from Blizz to let 'em stack?

I tested it myself, the Storms indeed do not stack. I've put together a video showing 1-2-3 storms activating on 3 individual units. They all took the same damage.

Yep, they generally suck that much more in SC2, I very rarely bother with them. What's the point, may as well throw out a few colossus tbh.

	I'll be honest, the damage difference is pretty lousy.. but the time they do damage makes it so much more effective. I honestly prefer the SC2 ones over the SC1. – Artanis186 Mar 8 at 22:39
